At Past Tense, we make our fresh Award Winning cider throughout the year from a blend of several different apples (left). The current blend features Paula Red, Mcintosh, Gala and Honey Crisp. The blending of the apples is key to giving the cider a fresh sweet opening flavor with a slightly tart finish.
For the Honey Crisp apple lovers, we also make a premium cider made with onlyHoney Crisp apples (right). This special cider has a brighter, lighter color and an extremely smooth and sweet taste. It is available during the Fall only.
